- US Department of Veterans Affairs

When scheduling an appointment, please tell us that you’ll be using insurance, so we can set up the proper paperwork. Please email us (orglivewell@gmail.com) or text us (678-636-9568) a photo of your insurance card.
You’ll also want to verify with your insurance:
- If we are in-network
- If acupuncture is covered in your plan, and if there is a max number of visits allowed. Everyone’s plan is different, so it’s good to check.
- Deductibles. Do you need to pay your deductible first? If so, how far along are you?
