We’re happy to work with you and your insurance! When scheduling an appointment, please tell us that you’ll be using insurance, so we can set up the proper paperwork. Please email us (orglivewell@gmail.com) or text us (678-636-9568) a photo of your insurance card. You’ll also want to verify with your insurance:
- If we are in-network
- If acupuncture is covered in your plan, and if there is a max number of visits allowed
- How far along are you with meeting your deductibles
